OVERVIEW
VISUAL IDENTITY AND RE-BRANDING
The first step I took is to initiate re-branding of the visual brand language. The old logo was outdated and there were no guidelines to follow. After extensive research and numerous design explorations I created a complete visual language that transformed and improved the overall product experience. The end result of the rebranding process was a new logo, color scheme, typography, iconography and a grid system and created a new guideline for everyone in the team to implement and follow.
Design system
The new visual language translated into a new extensive and organized design system that is now implemented and used throughout the platform. The design system includes a new layout grid, responsive menus, buttons, icons and a new design of the editor sidebar.

AUDIObook editor
Creating audiobooks from scratch is a new product feature I designed. I collaborated with my team members to examine the necessities and prioritize them in order to create a simple clear solution to this complex problem. Below is a mockup of the audiobook editor, where the user can select any voice, edit it as they wish and save it as a new voice for their audiobook.
media manager
The media manager was one of the core product features I designed. Until then Designrr only had the ability to upload photos to a folder shown in a popup format. I created an image section where users can access existing image banks or upload their own images, add them to the design and edit them, all in the left sidebar of the editor. This created a smoother work flow and provided flexibility in using and transforming images.

user offboarding
In order to improve retention it was essential to re-examine the offboarding experience of users. Until now Designrr had a “cancel account” button and a popup message. Users canceled their accounts without us knowing why. The new offboarding is designed in the form of a chat with the owner (Paul) in order to provide a more personal experience. The chat gives the user an opportunity to communicate their reason for canceling the account, while kindly reminding them what they will be missing. A “skip and cancel account” button is always available for users who choose to quit. This solution enables us to track user responses and make better decisions regarding the product.
